Job summary

STRATO Personal GmbH vermittelt eine Position als A400M MRO Engineer (m/f/d) mit Fokus auf Entwicklung, Prüfung und Freigabe von Wartungsverfahren und technischer Dokumentation für A400M MRO Tätigkeiten. Sie arbeiten eng mit Designbehörden, Lieferanten und Regulatoren zusammen, um Lufttauglichkeitsanforderungen sicherzustellen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Maschinenbau.
• Berufserfahrung in MRO, Luftfahrtzulassung, Design Support, Military Airworthiness Regulations.
• Fließendes Englisch.
• Englischer Lebenslauf ist erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Entwickeln, Prüfen und Freigeben von Wartungsverfahren und technischen Dokumentationen für A400M MRO.
• Technische Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche komplexer System- und Strukturprobleme; Schulung des MRO-Personals.
• Auswerten von Defektmeldungen und Wartungsdaten; Ursachenanalyse; Maßnahmenableitung.
• Bewerten und Implementieren von Modifikationen, Service Bulletins und Airworthiness Directives.
• Unterstützung bei Wartungsplanung und -durchführung sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von MRO-Prozessen.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Develop, review, and approve maintenance procedures and technical documentation for A400M MRO activities, ensuring compliance with airworthiness requirements in coordination with design authorities, suppliers, and regulators
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting complex system malfunctions and structural issues, including training and guidance for MRO personnel
• Analyze defect reports and maintenance data to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and define corrective and preventative actions, including participation in incident investigations
• Evaluate and implement modifications, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives for the A400M fleet
• Support maintenance planning and execution (scheduled and unscheduled) and contribute to continuous improvement of MRO processes and best practices

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• Professional experience in the field of MRO, Airworthiness, Design Support, Military Airworthiness Regulations and Maintenance Philosophy
• Fluent in English
• English CV required
