Zusammenfassung

Airbus Defence and Space sucht am Standort Manching eine/n MRO-Ingenieur/in (m/w/d) für das A400M-Programm. Sie arbeiten an Wartungsverfahren, technischer Dokumentation und unterstützen MRO-Einrichtungen sowie Betreiber bei komplexen Fehlern.

Sie analysieren Defektberichte, Trends und leiten Korrekturmaßnahmen ab. Einschlägige Lufttüchtigkeitsvorschriften sind Ihnen bekannt; Englisch beherrschen Sie sicher in Wort und Schrift.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder Maschinenbau oder Vergleichbares.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in MRO, Lufttüchtigkeit oder Design-Support, vorzugsweise mit Militär-Transportflugzeugen.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Flugzeugsysteme, Strukturen und Antriebstechnik; spezifische Erfahrung mit dem A400M ist von Vorteil.
• Gute Kenntnisse der EASA-/LBA- oder äquivalenter militärischer Lufttüchtigkeitsvorschriften und Wartungsphilosophie (DEMAR145).
• Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen, Handbücher und Reparaturanleitungen.
• Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung, Prüfung und Freigabe von Wartungsverfahren, Arbeitsanweisungen und technischer Dokumentation für A400M-MRO-Aktivitäten.
• Technischer Support für MRO-Fertigungseinrichtungen und Betreiber bei der Fehlersuche komplexer Flugzeugsysteme und Strukturschäden.
• Analyse von Defektberichten, Wartungsdaten und Betriebsergebnissen zur Erkennung von Trends und Ableitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen oder Designverbesserungen.
• Teilnahme an Untersuchungen bedeutender technischer Vorfälle oder Unfälle.
• Sicherstellung der Konformität mit Lufttüchtigkeitsanforderungen und technischen Spezifikationen.
• Bewertung und Umsetzung von Modifikationen, Service Bulletins und lufttüchtigkeitsrelevanten Anweisungen.
• Unterstützung der Planung und Durchführung von Wartungsereignissen, einschließlich größerer Checks und Überholungen.
• Beitrag zur Entwicklung und Verbesserung von MRO-Prozessen, Werkzeugen und Best Practices.
• Bereitstellung von Schulungen und technischer Anleitung für MRO-Personal.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as MRO Engineer (m/f/d) for the A400M aircraft at the location Manching.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and approve maintenance procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation related to A400M MRO activities
• Provide technical support to MRO facilities and operators for troubleshooting complex aircraft system malfunctions and structural issues
• Analyze aircraft defect reports, maintenance data, and operational feedback to identify trends and propose corrective actions or design improvements
• Participate in investigations of significant technical incidents or accidents
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness requirements and technical specifications
• Evaluate and implement modifications, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives relevant to the A400M fleet
• Support the planning and execution of maintenance events, including major checks and overhauls
• Contribute to the development and improvement of MRO processes, tools, and best practices
• Provide training and technical guidance to MRO personnel

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in MRO, airworthiness, or design support roles, preferably with military transport aircraft
• Very good knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and propulsion, with specific experience on the A400M aircraft is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of EASA/ LBA or equivalent military airworthiness regulations and maintenance philosophy (DEMAR145)
• Knowledge in interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and repair instructions
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
• German skills are a plus
