JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d) to support daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our infrastructure and equipment across logistics centers. You will help ensure facilities and systems operate reliably to sustain business growth.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with local and international teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Technical training or a comparable qualification in mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, maintenance, facility management, or related field.
• Experience in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, or technical support for equipment, machinery, automated systems, or logistics infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated control systems.
• Willingness to work in an operational logistics environment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical equipment, electrical systems, automated control systems, and other infrastructure within JD Logistics’ logistics centers.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and service life.
• Support the installation, commissioning, modification, and upgrade of new and existing equipment.
• Analyze equipment operation data, identify potential risks, and propose improvement measures.
• Implement process improvements to optimize maintenance workflows.
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure that facilities and equipment comply with safety and environmental standards.
• Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and inventory to ensure sufficient and reasonable stock levels.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Share technical knowledge and support training of team members.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d) to support the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of JD Logistics’ infrastructure and technical equipment.

In this role, you will help ensure that our facilities, equipment, and systems operate reliably and efficiently to support our business growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical equipment, electrical systems, automated control systems, and other infrastructure within JD Logistics’ logistics centers

Your Profile

• Completed technical training or a comparable qualification in mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, maintenance, facility management, or a related field
• Experience in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, or technical support for equipment, machinery, automated systems, or logistics infrastructure
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated control systems
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work in an operational logistics environment
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Valid Class B driver’s license is mandatory
• German and/or English skills for daily communication within the team
