King & George seeks a LRMC Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM) to serve as the prime contractor’s single point of authority for all Operation, Maintenance & Repair services across LRMC and outlying facilities in Germany. Qualifikationen

• English and host‑nation language (German) proficiency Level III.

• Oversee service-order flow: intake, assessment, execution, and close‑out within prescribed emergency (1 hr) and urgent (5 days) thresholds.
• Supervise Shop Foreman, Lead Meister Tradesmen, and subcontractors in multi-trade maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate weekly O&M meetings and deliver monthly metrics reports to the COR and FM.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, TJC EOC/Life Safety, UFC, OSHA, EPA, and host‑nation codes.

Scope of Position: Serves as the prime contractor’s single point of authority for all Operation, Maintenance & Repair services across LRMC and outlying facilities. Holds full responsibility for planning, directing, and executing preventive, corrective, and emergency work orders in accordance with PWS Sections 1.5.1.3.1.1.3 and 2.4.7.

Tasks and Capabilities Required:

• Develop and maintain the Facilities Operation & Maintenance Plan (FOMP) and Accident Prevention Plan (APP).
• Oversee service-order flow: intake, assessment, execution, and close‑out within prescribed emergency (1 hr) and urgent (5 days) thresholds.
• Supervise Shop Foreman, Lead Meister Tradesmen, and subcontractors in multi-trade maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate weekly O&M meetings and deliver monthly metrics reports to the COR and FM.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, TJC EOC/Life Safety, UFC, OSHA, EPA, and host‑nation codes.

Mandatory Experience and Certifications:
