King & George, LLC seeks an LRMC Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM) to supervise and deputize for the CMM in the LRMC Work Center, Germany. The incumbent will oversee O&M activities, drive process improvements, and coordinate daily operations and safety standards on a 24/7 facility.

Responsibilities include leading work-order briefings, coordinating capital projects, updating SOPs and emergency plans, and producing trend analyses to optimize failures and spare-parts inventory.

Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years managing US bedded-inpatient healthcare facility O&M, including two (2) years supervising a diversified 24/7 workforce.
• Demonstrated expertise in NFPA, TJC, OSHA, UFC, and European facility standards.
• Fluent in English and German (Level III).

Position Title:

LRMC Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM)

Area of Requirement:

LRMC Work Center, Germany

Scope of Position:

Acts as deputy to the CMM, assuming full CMM duties during absences and assisting in daily oversight of all O&M activities, special projects, and process-improvement initiatives as per PWS 1.5.1.3.1.2 .

Tasks and Capabilities Required:

Mandatory Experience and Certifications:

Preferred/Desired Certifications:
