Position Overview

Job Location: Landstuhl, Germany 66849

Position Title: LRMC Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM)

Area of Requirement: LRMC Work Center, Germany

Scope of Position: Acts as deputy to the CMM, assuming full CMM duties during absences and assisting in daily oversight of all O&M activities, special projects, and process‑improvement initiatives as per PWS 1.5.1.3.1.2.

Tasks and Capabilities Required

• Lead daily work‑order briefings; assign and QA all PM and unscheduled tasks.
• Support mid‑level capital project coordination (e.g., generator upgrades, system retrofits).
• Maintain and update SOPs, emergency action plans, and data‑entry procedures.
• Produce trend analyses for failure rates and spare‑parts optimization.

Mandatory Experience and Certifications

• Three (3) years managing U.S. bedded‑inpatient healthcare facility O&M, including two (2) years supervising a diversified 24/7 workforce.
• Demonstrated expertise in NFPA, TJC, OSHA, UFC, and European facility standards.
• Fluent in English and German (Level III).

Preferred/Desired Certifications

• ASHE CHFM
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
