Qualifikationen

• Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse management in e‑commerce.
• Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service.
• Data‑driven work approach with strong service orientation.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English and German (C1 or above).

Our B2B Logistics Operations Execution team owns the resolution of operational incidents and the operational relationship with our strategic customers. With extensive know‑how in logistics, supply chain management, and e‑commerce, we understand the unique operational challenges of our customers and continuously strive for innovations and improvements.
The essence of your role:

• Ensuring compliance with customer‑specific SLAs in your customer portfolio.
• Proactively organizing the resolution of issues in existing logistical solutions, in collaboration with internal departments and our customers.
• Close coordination with key account management and other internal departments to optimize logistics and transport processes for our customers.
• Communicating with the operational contacts of our customers in German and English to build a long‑term and trusting collaboration.
• Preparing and independently discussing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint with our customers.
