Seven Senders in Berlin is seeking a Junior Customer Logistics Operations professional to help manage day-to-day parcel operations and maintain strong relationships with our B2B customers.

You will ensure SLA compliance, coordinate issue resolution across internal teams, and prepare regular performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint, using English and German to communicate with clients. This hybrid role offers flexibility in work location and growth within a fast-growing logistics tech company.

Qualifikationen

• Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse management in an e-commerce environment.
• Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service.
• Data-driven work approach and a strong service orientation.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above).

Our B2B Logistics Operations Execution team is responsible for resolving operational incidents and managing operational relationships with our strategic customers. With extensive know-how in logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce, we understand our customers' unique operational challenges and continuously strive for innovation and improvement.

The essence of your role:
