Seven Senders GmbH is seeking a Junior Customer Logistics Operations professional to join our hybrid-enabled Berlin team. You will maintain SLA adherence, coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and customers, and optimize logistics processes while engaging in bilingual customer communication.

You will prepare regular performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint, collaborating with Account Management to ensure smooth operations for our e-commerce clients.

Qualifikationen

• Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse management in an e-commerce environment.
• Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service.
• Data-driven work approach and a strong service orientation.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above).

Our B2B Logistics Operations Execution team is responsible for resolving operational incidents and managing operational relationships with our strategic customers. With extensive know-how in logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce, we understand our customers' unique operational challenges and continuously strive for innovation and improvement.

The essence of your role:
