We are seeking a logistics-minded professional to be the first contact for customers on delivery status, coordinate with partners, and support international deliveries. You will help improve processes and ensure timely solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Initial professional experience in logistics, transportation, customer operations, or a similar field.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with logistics providers, carriers or delivery processes.
• Ability to analyze problems, coordinate solutions and follow issues through to completion.
• Organized and structured working style with attention to detail.
• Interest in e-commerce logistics and international operations.
• Fluency in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding delivery status, scheduling and logistics-related questions.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Handle customer inquiries related to delays, delivery appointments and shipment updates.
• Support the daily management of international deliveries across multiple markets.
• Monitor delivery performance and identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with customer care, sales, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Support the improvement and documentation of logistics processes and workflows.
• Handle logistics-related escalations and ensure timely solutions for customers and internal stakeholders.
