Neuffer Fenster + Türen GmbH, a Stuttgart-based leading window and door e-commerce company, seeks a logistics and delivery operations coordinator to join our team. You will be the primary contact for delivery status and schedule, coordinating with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve issues.

You will support international deliveries across markets, monitor performance, and collaborate with customer care, sales and suppliers to streamline processes.

Qualifikationen

• First professional experience in logistics, transportation, customer operations or a similar field.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with logistics providers, carriers or delivery processes.
• Ability to analyze problems, coordinate solutions and follow issues through to completion.
• Organized and structured working style with attention to detail.
• Interest in e-commerce logistics and international operations.
• Fluent language proficiency in English.

Aufgaben
