A11 is seeking a hands-on Logistics Executive (m/f/d) in Berlin to help move goods globally, optimize trade lanes, and ensure timely deliveries for our ecosystem partners.

You will work with customer success, procurement, product, growth and engineering, use Salesforce for logistics management, and build strong relationships with customers, while maintaining high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
• Data-driven with KPI and CRM proficiency (Salesforce).
• Experience scaling logistics operations across countries.
• Fluent in German (C1 or above).
• Strong commercial mindset and communication skills.

We're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Logistics Executive (m/f/d) at one of our Ecosystem Companies. You will keep global trade moving by coordinating the transport of goods, opening new trade lanes and making sure every delivery arrives on time.

In this role, you'll:

• Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on our customer needs
• Manage communication with third parties to ensure smooth business operations
• Open new trade lanes by finding new partners across the globe
• Create strong, reliable, and long-term relationships with our customers through quality work and clear communication
• Collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product management, growth and engineering teams
• Use cutting-edge technology on Salesforce for logistics management
• Improve and grow daily on a personal level, push for operational excellence

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
• Data-driven, with proficiency in KPIs and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence
• Experience scaling logistics operations across different countries
• Fluent in German (C1 or above)
• Strong commercial mindset
• Independent, collaborative and able to take significant responsibility
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with a fast-paced working style
• Strong communicator, comfortable with different stakeholders
