Job summary

A11 is seeking an ownership-driven Procurement Manager for its Berlin-based ecosystem, aiming to find, onboard, and negotiate with suppliers across Europe and globally. You will use data and automation to shorten cycles, cut costs, and improve reliability within a rapidly expanding supply chain platform.

In this role you will negotiate significant spend, build lasting supplier relationships, and contribute to long-term sourcing plans while embracing AI-powered automation to optimize performance

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain contracting.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Hands‑on, ownership‑driven mindset, with independent problem‑solving in fast‑moving environments.
• Genuine interest in technology‑driven change and in how AI can reshape global supply chains.
• Fluent German and/or Italian.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers across Europe and globally.
• Find, contact, and onboard new suppliers; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts for €1M+ spend.
• Build strong supplier relationships for growth and reliable supply.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
• Create plans for operational growth and efficiency aligned with company objectives.
• Track market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing; adjust strategy accordingly.
• Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation.
• Improve operations with data and automation; collaborate with Sales and Operations.

In this role, you’ll:

Source and negotiate with suppliers

• Find, contact, and onboard new suppliers across Europe and globally
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts for significant procurement spend (€1M+)
• Build strong supplier relationships that support growth and reliable supply
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance
• Create and carry out plans for operational growth and efficiency that align with company-wide objectives
• Track market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing, and adjust the strategy accordingly
• Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation

Improve operations with data and automation

• Work with Sales and Operations to solve problems and improve processes through automation and data
• Monitor performance data and KPIs and turn them into insights for the end-to-end supply chain
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement

Your Profile:

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain contracting
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Hands‑on, ownership‑driven mindset, with independent problem‑solving in fast‑moving environments
• Genuine interest in technology‑driven change and in how AI can reshape global supply chains
• Fluent German and/or Italian
