Job summary

One Mobility GmbH in Germany‑Rülzheim is hiring a Logistics Assistant to manage order processing, shipping coordination with customers and carriers, and ERP data maintenance in a fast‑moving team. You will plan material supply, prepare shipping and customs documents, and help optimize logistics processes, with German and English language skills and an industrial clerk or freight forwarding background.

• Initial logistics experience, ideally in the automotive industry.

• Good teamwork, organizational skills and flexibility.
• Proficient in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Order processing and shipping management in coordination with customers and shipping companies.
• Planning and management of material supply, considering delivery dates and inventory.

• Maintenance of master data and timely posting in the ERP system.

We are looking for

Logistics Assistant (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in Germany - Rülzheim

Your tasks:

• Order processing and shipping management in coordination with customers and shipping companies
• Planning and management of material supply, taking delivery dates and inventory into account
• Preparation of shipping documents, delivery notes, and customs documents
• Maintenance of master data and timely posting in the ERP system
• Support in the optimization of logistics processes

• Completed commercial education, e.g. as an industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk
• Initial professional experience in logistics, ideally in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of common logistics processes (EDI, delivery calls, JIT/JIS)
• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and flexibility
• Good German and English skills
