• Perform maintenance of production infrastructure, including configuration management, troubleshooting, software updates, and improvements.
• Monitor all systems using Nagios and various email/sms notifications.
• Administer databases such as MariaDB and Redis, and web servers like Apache and Nginx.
• Operate client systems running macOS and other office IT infrastructure.
• Manage employee-facing services like Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
• Analyse system, security, performance, and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
• Participate in Site Reliability Management to maintain system reliability and uptime.
• Be part of the on-call duty rotation to address any system issues outside of regular hours.
• Support the team in daily tasks related to system administration.
• Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
