Zusammenfassung

Yalwa GmbH in Wiesbaden is seeking a part-time HR Working Student (m/f/d) to support our HR team and help shape the employee journey. You’ll draft postings, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding in a friendly, multinational environment.

We value empathy, organization, and drive. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with modern offices and training opportunities while developing practical HR skills across core processes.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education or similar with HR focus, ideally at Master level.
• Practical experience in HR or recruiting via internships or working student roles is a plus.
• Empathetic, organized, strong communication, team spirit and flexibility.
• Fluent German and English written and spoken.

Your tasks:

• Support for our HR team in answering general employee inquiries.
• Collaboration in the recruiting process, such as drafting job postings, coordinating interview schedules, and conducting initial screenings of application documents.
• Guidance throughout the employee journey from entry to exit, including organizational preparation and support for onboarding new team members.
• Assistance in daily HR operations, including master data maintenance in Personio, management of digital personnel files, administration of our absence management tool, and preparation of reference letters.

• Studies in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or a comparable discipline with a focus on HR, ideally at the Master's level
• Practical experience in HR or recruiting gained through previous internships or working student roles as a valuable plus
• Personality characterized by empathy, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, team spirit, and flexibility
• Language skills at a fluent level in written and spoken German and English
