Jobtailor invites applications for a tenancy-law specialist to provide out-of-court legal advice and representation. The role focuses on clarifying tenant rights and landlord obligations, while advising on rent increases, service charges, terminations, and housing defects.

You will review tenancy agreements and assist with landlord correspondence. In addition, you will mediate disputes, plan workshops, and create informative content.

Requirements

• Diplomatic skills for mediating between tenants and landlords
• Willingness to represent tenants’ interests publicly
