Quadient is seeking a Learning Management Partner to blend digital learning content creation with learning platform support across a global audience. You will translate stakeholder needs into practical digital learning solutions and keep the learning hub running smoothly, publishing content and ensuring accessibility.

The role offers hands-on growth in digital learning tech and instructional design, with potential ownership of a learning area over time.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years in digital learning, L&D, instructional design or related area.
• Hands-on with creating digital learning content using eLearning tools.
• Experience testing/publishing SCORM content in an LMS/LXP.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and emerging tech.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and presentation skills, including virtual.
• Ability to translate business needs into engaging content.
• Articulate experience is a plus; Workday Learning knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of ADDIE or Kirkpatrick is welcome but not essential.
• Fluent English; global audience.
• No degree required; willingness to learn.

We're looking for a Learning Management Partner to join our global Talent team. In this role, you'll combine digital learning content creation with learning platform support , helping employees across Quadient access engaging, relevant and easy-to-use learning experiences.

You'll work with stakeholders from different parts of our global organization, understand their learning needs and turn them into practical digital learning solutions. You'll also help keep our learning hub running smoothly, ensuring content is tested, published and accessible to our employees around the world.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have plenty of opportunity to develop your expertise in digital learning, learning technologies and instructional design. Over time, there is also an opportunity to take ownership of learning for a specific area of the business.

• Create engaging digital learning content using eLearning and creative tools.
• Turn business learning needs into practical and engaging learning solutions.
• Build, test and publish SCORM-compliant learning packages.
• Maintain and update learning content, pathways and programs in our global learning platforms.
• Support the day-to-day administration of Workday Learning and other learning platforms.
• Ensure learning content works across devices and provides a positive user experience.
• Work with global stakeholders to understand their needs and support learning requests.
• Support virtual learning sessions, workshops and other learning activities when needed.
• Keep learning documentation and communication materials up to date.
• Explore new tools, technologies and approaches, including AI-assisted learning content creation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our global learning experience.

• Around 2-3 years of experience in digital learning, Learning & Development, instructional design, content creation or a related area.
• Hands-on experience creating digital learning content using eLearning authoring or creative tools.
• Experience testing and publishing SCORM-compliant content in an LMS or LXP.
• Comfortable learning and working with digital platforms and new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Good communication and presentation skills, including in a virtual environment.
• Ability to understand business needs and turn them into clear, engaging learning content.
• Experience with Articulate is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe, Canva, DaVinci Studio or CapCut is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Workday Learning or another LMS/LXP is a plus.
• Familiarity with learning frameworks such as ADDIE or Kirkpatrick is welcome, but not essential.
• Fluent English, as you'll work with a global audience.
