Zusammenfassung

Quadient is seeking an Infrastructure Services Administrator to join our global CIO organization. You will help design, operate and continually improve critical infrastructure services across our hybrid IT environment.

You’ll work across Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, messaging, DNS and network services, collaborating with security specialists and business stakeholders worldwide. You’ll serve as a Level 3 escalation point for complex challenges and influence infrastructure

Quadient is looking for an Infrastructure Services Administrator to join our global CIO organization. In this role, you’ll help design, operate and continuously improve critical infrastructure services across our hybrid IT environment.

You’ll work across Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, messaging, DNS and network services , collaborating with technology teams, security specialists and business stakeholders around the world. You’ll also act as a Level 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges and have the opportunity to influence how our infrastructure evolves.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both hands‑on technical work and taking ownership of infrastructure initiatives .

• Design, implement and maintain secure, scalable enterprise infrastructure services.
• Manage and evolve our hybrid identity environment across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID .
• Administer enterprise Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online messaging services.
• Support and improve DNS, domain, LDAP, SSO and other core network services.
• Manage email security solutions, SMTP relay services and secure mail flow across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Support Azure governance and contribute to secure and efficient cloud adoption.
• Design and maintain Azure networking and routing solutions, including Front Door, Traffic Manager, gateways and load balancers.
• Manage TLS certificates, encryption keys, secrets and public domains.
• Act as a Level 3 escalation point for identity, messaging and Azure-related issues.
• Collaborate with security, application and infrastructure teams to modernize legacy environments and reduce technical debt.
• Develop technical standards, documentation and best practices for infrastructure services.
• Use automation and modern technologies to improve reliability, efficiency and security.
• round 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 .
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, identity management, authentication and access control .
• Experience with enterprise messaging environments, particularly Exchange Online and SMTP relay services .
• Good understanding of DNS, domain management, LDAP, SSO and network services .
• Strong PowerShell skills and experience working with Microsoft Graph API .
• Experience with Azure governance, security and enterprise cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in international and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with Azure AD Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and least‑privilege principles is a plus.
