Primetime is seeking a Learning and Development Expert - LMS & Data to own the LMS backbone and data foundation for the learning program. You will ensure smooth LMS operations, capture clean data, and empower the L&D team with data-driven insights.

You will build and maintain the LMS, analyze KPIs, support training needs assessments, and provide leadership with regular reports. Remote-first in Germany with opportunities to work from Berlin locations.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in L&D, HR analytics, HR controlling, or another data-heavy role.
• Practical experience building or administering an LMS (e.g., Personio, Docebo, TalentLMS).
• Very strong command of Google Sheets and data-driven decisions in an L&D context.
• Analytical, structured approach with a self-directed way of working in a remote-first environment.

Responsabilidades

Role

The Learning and Development Expert - LMS & Data owns the technical and data backbone of our learning infrastructure. Makes sure the LMS runs smoothly, data is captured cleanly, and gives the L&D team the foundation for sound, data-driven decisions.

What you'll do
