Zusammenfassung

Intelligenz IT in Stuttgart is seeking a Senior Digital Workplace Consultant / Team Lead to drive and mentor our EUC/Digital Workplace team. The role focuses on Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, MEM, and Windows Autopilot across Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS environments.

The candidate will lead project delivery, coordinate activities, and act as escalation point while ensuring security policy compliance and enterprise standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace / Endpoint Management.
• 2+ years of Team Lead experience, including leading and mentoring a technical team.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune and ABM.
• Experience with MEM, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.

• Assign and monitor team tasks and ensure timely delivery.

• Configure and maintain Windows Autopilot for device provisioning.

• Deploy applications, security policies, and configuration profiles.
• Support device lifecycle management including onboarding/offboarding.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and enterprise standards.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Digital Workplace Consultant / Team Lead to join our client's IT team in Stuttgart. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, and enterprise device administration, with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.

In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should have Team Lead experience, including leading a team, assigning work, mentoring engineers, coordinating daily activities, and driving project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Digital Workplace / EUC team.

• Manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace / Endpoint Management.
• 2+ years of Team Lead experience, including:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM).
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).
