We are looking for a Lead People Partner who will be on the forefront of establishing HR Business Partnering as a strategic pillar in their respective division. The ideal candidate will have significant impact on topics like strategic org planning, performance management or leadership development.
The ideal candidate is located in / around Heidelberg, as we have a hybrid way of working with 2-3 days in the office per week.
Your responsibilities
- Implement strategic HR initiatives and consult leaders of all levels in your respective division
- Improve existing HR processes and policies
- Partner with the business to identify improvement areas such as Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Development
- Use HR KPI and analytics to drive decisions and monitor impact
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure a streamlined employee life cycle
- Mentor Junior People Partners in the team
Your profile
- Relevant experience in HR Business Partner or strategic HR roles, ideally in a fast growing (Tech) company
- Ability to partner with relevant business functions, mainly Sales / BusinessOrgs
- Proven success in implementing HR initiatives (hands on) to achieve strategic business goals
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interact with leaders at all levels through excellent communication skills and data driven analytical thinking
