Global Company in Frankfurt, Germany, is hiring a Lead Fullstack Developer with B1+ German and C1+ English to drive a finance-focused transformation. The role starts 99% hands-on for 6–18 months before moving into a leadership position and guiding the new development squad on a brand-new product.

Hybrid working with three days in the office. Salary is €85,000–€95,000 per year, and you will work with Java, Spring, React, Node, TypeScript and AWS Lambda to build scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Proven fullstack development experience with Java/Spring/React stack.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend and backend frameworks.
• Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures.

I am working with a well known global business within the financial sector who are going through exciting transformation and need Fullstack Developer to join the team.

I am building their new development squad to work on a brand new product. This role with start off 99% hands on for the next 6-18 months and move into a more hands off leadership role.

You will play a key part in the teams growth, products success and really impact how the business moves forward with this technology.
