Job summary

CTS EVENTIM Group is seeking a Lead Category Manager Procurement in Germany to own selected procurement categories, develop strategies, and drive global supplier negotiations. You will collaborate with business units across multiple locations to unlock opportunities and deliver measurable value.

The role requires leading complex negotiations, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in English (German an advantage). A university degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in strategic procurement, category management, sourcing or negotiations.
• Proven track record leading complex negotiations and delivering measurable results.
• Experience in IT/technology, professional services, marketing, venue operations or equipment categories is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from demand analysis to contracting and implementation.
• Identify and consolidate demand across units to create group-wide opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts covering pricing, SLAs, performance and risk.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance and savings reporting.

## Lead Category Manager Procurement (m/f/d)Apply: Hamburg: München: Bremen: Berlin: Posted Today: JR100156**Your role**As Lead Category Manager, you will take commercial responsibility for selected procurement categories across the CTS EVENTIM Group.
