Aufgaben

• Support goods receipt and goods issue processes.
• Visual inspection at goods receipt, proper storage and documentation of received items.
• Pick, pack and timely provide materials for internal projects and manufacturing.
• Assist with regular stock checks and inventories; ensure correct stock levels.
• Ensure order, cleanliness and safety in the storage area.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production and development for material supply.
• Provide general logistics team support and hands-on help during bottlenecks.

Your Mission

Als Warehouse Support unterstützt du bei umsetzung diverser Logistik Prozesse (z.B. Wareneingang, Lagerverwaltung, Kommissionierung, Versand, Zoll und Transportmanagement). Dein Ziel ist einen möglichst reibungslosen Ablauf zu sichern.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangsprozessen
• Visuelle Wareneingangskontrolle, sachgerechte Einlagerung und Dokumentation der angelieferten Waren
• Kommissionierung, Verpackung und termingerechte Bereitstellung von Material für interne Projekte und Fertigungsprozesse
• Unterstützung bei regelmäßigen Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren sowie Sicherstellung korrekter Lagerbestände
• Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit im Lagerbereich
• Unterstützung bei der Materialversorgung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion und Entwicklung
• Allgemeine Unterstützung des Logistikteams sowie Hands-on-Mithilfe bei Engpässen in anderen Bereichen der Logistik

Required Skills

• Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Lagerlogistik, Wareneingang oder Warehouse Operations
• Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Lagerverwaltungssoftware oder ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
• Körperliche Belastbarkeit sowie handwerkliches Geschick
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
