Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Kitchen Porter to help keep our kitchen sanitary, organized and ready for action in a fast-paced, hybrid hospitality concept. You’ll join a friendly, multinational team and learn all essential duties with hands-on training.

You do not need prior experience; you will be trained. We value reliability, teamwork and a proactive attitude in a busy environment, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Experience in cleaning or support roles is a plus.
• Comfortable standing for long periods in a busy kitchen.
• Team player with a positive, flexible attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
• Reliable and hardworking behind the scenes.
• Clear communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly.
• Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean according to set routines.
• Ensure all kitchen areas stay spotless, including storage and prep spaces.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic tasks like unloading deliveries and stocking.
• Keep kitchen tools and equipment organized to support efficient workflow.
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules such as HACCP.
• Spot and report issues or hazards promptly.

What You’ll Do

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
• Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean following set routines
• Make sure all kitchen areas, including storage and prep spaces, stay spotless
• Help the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed – from unloading deliveries to organizing stock
• Keep kitchen tools and equipment where they belong to support an efficient workflow
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules like HACCP
• Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly
• Spot and report any issues or hazards right away

What You’ll Have
