Job Description: The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store floor performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register / point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
• Work a schedule of at least 25 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays; anticipate increased hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• At least one year of retail experience (preferred).
• No supervisory or managerial experience required.
• CEFR B2 level fluency in English and German (required).
• Strong customer focus, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Initiative, confidence, adaptability, flexibility, and detail orientation.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, engage in applied learning, and show a strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time starting salary: €36,500 annually. Full-time equivalent hours: 40 per week.
