Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. The role acts as the floor supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to maintain effective store operations. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

What You’ll Do

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate the register/point-of-sale system.
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Availability

Schedule will vary weekly but expects at least 25 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase.

What it Takes

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience: At least 1 year preferred.
• Supervisor/managerial experience: Not required.
• Language: CEFR B2 fluency in English and German required.
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, initiative, confidence.
• Adaptability and flexibility, ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proactive learning and a strong work ethic.

Salary & Hours

Full‑time starting rate: €37,500 annually (recruiting pay range €37,500 – €37,500). The position is a part‑time role of 20–25 hours per week, with current full‑time equivalent hours at 40 per week.
