Job summary

Glow25, a leading beauty brand in Germany, seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager for Italy and Spain to build our business from the ground up across drugstores, pharmacies, online retail and grocery. You will manage partners, develop ranges, and drive promotions with cross‑functional teams.

Fluency in Italian, Spanish and English is essential, plus a hands‑on, proactive attitude and strong network in retail. Travel across Europe is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty or health.
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Italy or Spain (drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and grocery).
• Fluent Italian and Spanish (both required) as well as fluent English.

After successful market entries in DACH and BeNeLux, Glow25 is now ready to make its mark in Italy and Spain. We’re looking for a Key Account Manager Italy & Spain who builds our business in both markets from the ground up — managing existing partners, securing new listings and actively developing ranges and promotions.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, operations and e-commerce teams and be the face of Glow25 in Italy and Spain: strategic, hands‑on and genuinely passionate about brand building.

This is where we need your support:

• Market Entry & Expansion: You build our business in Italy and Spain, with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners.
• Account Management: You manage existing customers and win new partners in both markets through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.
• Promotions & Trade Marketing: You plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: You keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities and develop new distribution ideas for the Italian and Spanish markets.
• Representation: You represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across Italy and Spain.

You have the following experience:

• Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty or health
• A strong understanding of the retail landscape in Italy or Spain — drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and grocery — and the motivation to build the same depth in the other market
• Fluent Italian and Spanish (both required) as well as fluent English
• A structured, proactive way of working with a real hands‑on attitude
• Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system as well as AI
• Experience with pharmacy / parapharmacy / drug store channels in Italy or Spain — especially knowledge of the specific mechanics, decision processes and trade marketing setup in that environment is a bonus
