Trade Republic in Berlin is seeking an experienced recruiter to own the full cycle for engineering roles and partner with senior stakeholders across Europe.

You will drive proactive sourcing, manage interview processes, and ensure fast feedback with clear communication. You will also keep Greenhouse data accurate and support onboarding with People Ops.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering stakeholders in a structured process.
• Proven track record running full recruitment life cycle across multiple open roles.
• Strong sourcing and attraction skills, including talent mapping for hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to quickly understand technical domains and explain roles to engineers.
• Comfort with using data to shape hiring decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and business acumen, speaking 'tech' fluently.

• Partner with Hiring Managers and interview panels on leveling, calibration and bar setting.
• Own the interview process for roles, including scorecards and debriefs.
• Drive proactive sourcing and talent mapping across Berlin and European markets.
• Provide candidates with fast feedback and clear communication.
• Keep Greenhouse data clean and coordinate with People Partners through offer and onboarding.
• Take on Talent and People projects in quarterly roadmaps, especially for AI tooling in recruitment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own the end to end recruitment cycle for multiple engineering roles across seniorities
• Partner with Hiring Managers and interview panels on levelling, calibration and where the bar sits
• Own the interview process for your roles, including scorecards, interviewer calibration and debriefs
• Drive proactive sourcing and talent mapping across Berlin and European engineering market
• Give candidates a process they'd recommend to a friend with fast feedback and clear communication
• Keep Greenhouse data clean and coordinate with People Partners and People Ops through offer and onboarding
• Take on Talent and People projects in our quarterly roadmaps, bonus if early careers or AI tooling for recruitment is your thing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Ideally 1-2 years of recruiting experience in a fast paced environment
• Experience partnering with senior engineering stakeholders in a structured, high bar process
• Proven record running the full recruitment life cycle across multiple open roles at once
• Strong sourcing and attraction skills, including talent mapping for hard to fill roles
• Quick to pick up technical domains, enough to explain what the engineers you hire for actually do
• Comfortable using data to shape hiring decisions and influence stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and business acumen - you can speak "tech" in and out
