Our client is focusing on a new, proprietary and groundbreaking platform for the detection, evaluation and characterization of molecular biomarkers through the analysis of nasal secretion. This unique method is complemented by an innovative, data-driven medical approach that enables comprehensive biomarker profiling, improves the understanding of diseases and supports personalized treatment decisions.

As part of a growth strategy, we are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

(m/f/d)

to support the biopharma services team in delivering innovative diagnostic solutions for neurodegenerative diseases. This role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless coordination of sales operations, customer engagement, and internal processes within a dynamic, science-driven environment. As a key member of the commercial team, you will work closely and cross-functionally with clients (biopharma and CROs), the sales team, and internal departments (R&D, Regulatory, Finance) to facilitate customer satisfaction and drive business growth in the neurodegenerative diagnostics space.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively prepare, review, and manage sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in close collaboration with the sales and scientific teams
  • Actively coordinate with the sales team to track leads, opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM databases (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce) with accurate client and opportunity data
  • Take initiative in organizing client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups in close coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Customer Service & Account Coordination:
  • Serve as a reliable and responsive first point of contact for biopharma clients, ensuring a professional and service-minded communication culture
  • Support client onboarding processes with a proactive mindset and coordinate documentation related to diagnostic service agreements
  • Monitor active projects to ensure deliverables and timelines are met, in collaboration with project management teams
  • Generate regular sales reports, KPIs, and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Track sales performance by product line and market segment, particularly focused on neurodegenerative biomarkers and assays
  • Administrative & Operational Tasks:
  • Take ownership of preparing marketing materials, organizing conference logistics, and implementing sales campaigns in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Coordinate logistics for sample submissions, NDAs, and compliance documentation

Your Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role (within the healthcare, diagnostics, or biopharma industry)
  • Interest in neuroscience and diagnostics is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and project tracking tools
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-driven, with a structured and solution-oriented approach to multitasking
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a natural ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and contributes actively to a positive team culture
  • Fluent English required, German is a plus
