jangled nerves is seeking a Junior Media Project Manager (m/f/x) to help plan, manage, and implement diverse media projects. You will work with interdisciplinary teams and the creative direction department, growing into an independent project manager.

The role involves assisting with planning, scheduling, and coordinating across film, animation, photography, and programming, with opportunities for professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent in media management, advertising, communications.
• Experience via internships or part-time roles at an agency or film production.
• Interest in media production, film shoots, animation, and programming.
• Strong MS Office and Keynote skills.
• Structured, solution-oriented work approach and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing projects in film editing, 2D/3D animation, sound, photography, filming, and programming.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams with the creative direction team.
• Support organization and management through all project phases from planning to delivery.
• Create and maintain schedules, assist with capacity planning and project controlling.
• Coordinate tasks, information, and deadlines, track milestones.
• Assist communication with national and international clients.

We are looking for a Junior Media Project Manager (m/f/x)!

Would you like to help shape exciting national and international media projects and learn how creative ideas are turned into compelling results? As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/x), you’ll support our team in planning, managing, and implementing a wide variety of projects. You’ll work closely with our interdisciplinary teams and the creative direction department, and gradually develop into an independent project manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with managing projects in the areas of film editing, 2D and 3D animation, sound production, photography, filming, and programming
• Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams in close collaboration with the creative direction team
• Assisting with the organization and management of projects throughout all project phases—from planning to implementation
• Creating and maintaining schedules, as well as assisting with capacity planning and project controlling
• Coordinating tasks, information, and deadlines, and tracking agreed-upon milestones
• Assisting with communication with national and international clients

YOUR PROFILE

• A college degree in media management, advertising, communications, or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience, such as through internships, part-time student jobs, or early professional experience at an agency or film production company
• An interest in media production and some exposure to film shoots, animation, and programming
• Proficiency in MS Office and Keynote
• Strong organizational skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Very good written and spoken German and English
