Job summary

LA RED GmbH in Berlin is seeking an experienced Art Director or Copywriter with at least 3 years in the field, preferably in advertising agencies. The ideal candidate must think conceptually and manage projects independently while being proficient in both traditional and digital communication channels, including social media. Fluency in German and business-level English is required. The role offers hybrid work flexibility, 28 days of holiday, and various team events, training opportunities, and wellness memberships.

Job description

At least 3 years of professional experience as an Art Director or Copywriter (m/f/d), ideally at creative or advertising agencies.

Conceptual strength: You think in terms of social-first ideas, platform-specific stories, clear narratives, and effective formats.

Campaign expertise: Experience in the conception and further development of campaigns.

Cross-channel thinking: Proficient in using traditional and digital communication channels, including social media.

Self-reliance: You organize projects independently and manage their implementation both internally and externally.

Strong execution skills: You maintain an overview of complex projects and ensure smooth execution.

AI expertise: Proficient in prompting, copy optimization, content idea development, and AI-supported workflows.

Team player qualities: Open-minded, eager to discuss, communicative, and constructive.

Location & Language: You are based in Berlin, speak German at a native level, and English at a business-fluent level.
