Job summary

ABOUT YOU in Hamburg is seeking a Production Manager to lead film and photo projects from pre-production through post-production, nationally and internationally.

You will handle casting, location scouting, and crew bookings, negotiate contracts, oversee budgets, and create detailed call sheets. You’ll serve as the main liaison between internal departments and external partners to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational training in audiovisual media, film, marketing, business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on production experience in TV, cinema, photo, and/or online advertising.
• Strong organizational talent, solid negotiation skills, and a budget-conscious mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, strong initiative, team spirit, and a sense of ownership.
• Passion for film and photography, fluent English, proficiency in Mac and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel occasionally.
