Job summary

SOGECLAIR Engineering GmbH in Friedrichshafen sucht Junior Documentation Manager (m/w/d). Sie unterstützen Dokumentenmanagement im Luftfahrtbereich in einer hoch technischen Umgebung und arbeiten mit modernen Werkzeugen.

Sie sind primärer Ansprechpartner für Dokumenten- und Datenmanagement und helfen bei Prozessen, Methoden und Tools. Englisch/Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert, hohes Maß an Präzision und Teamfähigkeit.

Qualifications

• Gutes bis sehr gutes Verständnis von technischem Dokumentationsmanagement im Luftfahrtbereich.
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Dokumentations- und Informationssystemen; Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Formale Prüfung interner Dokumente gemäß Vorlagen und Richtlinien.
• Entgegennahme und Prüfung externer Dokumenten-/Datenpakete.
• Bereitstellung von Dokumenten und Datenpaketen an interne Teams, Lieferanten und Kunden.

We're expanding and currently looking for a Junior Documentation Manager (m/f/d) to join and strengthen our customer team in Friedrichshafen.

In this role, you will support comprehensive document management processes within the aerospace sector in a highly technical environment equipped with modern tools and state-of-the-art technology.

As the primary point of contact for document and data management, you will support processes, methodologies, and tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

Your main tasks

• Formal checking of internal documents against templates and guidelines
• Receiving and reviewing external document/data package deliveries
• Delivering documents and data packages to internal teams, suppliers, and customers

Requirements

• Open to 100% onsite work model

The Following Experiences are a plus

• Preferred - 1 year of experience in documentation management within the aeronautics/aerospace sector
• Completed training in technical documentation or a comparable qualification
• Experience with PDM systems (e.g., PTC-Windchill) or information systems (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace) is a plus

Additional Requirement

The position requires a security clearance under the Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz (SÜG). Please note that such clearance is only available to citizens of EU countries.
