Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a customer support specialist in Germany to help clients navigate the Contmatic payroll and personnel routines. You will handle chat-based inquiries, clarify payroll processes, and ensure timely resolutions with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will log all interactions, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve service delivery. Prior experience with accounting software support and Zendesk is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Personnel (Payroll) routines
• Basic knowledge of payroll, vacations, terminations, eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, and other statutory/ancillary obligations
• Experience in customer service
• Experience providing support at accounting software companies or accounting firms is a plus
• Experience with the Zendesk platform is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace is a plus
• Customer service or communication certifications are a plus
