DOUGLAS Group in Düsseldorf seeks a Finance Transformation Specialist to challenge and optimize finance processes in collaboration with IT and Controlling. You will lead digitalization projects, ensure governance standards, and drive efficiency across the group.

The role requires experience in international finance, proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, and strong Lean Management capabilities, with fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in international finance from a global company or consulting environment; retail experience is a plus.
• Experience improving finance processes and implementing IT systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Digitalization, automation and Lean Management familiarity.
• Proficiency with SAP and modern system landscapes.
• Fluent in English and German.
