IFA Berlin is seeking a Junior Commercial Marketing Manager (all genders) to support exhibitor marketing and commercial growth activities. You will identify, engage and convert the right companies for IFA, collaborating with the Commercial Marketing team and Sales to execute campaigns and generate leads.

You will help coordinate content and assets, build relationships with exhibitors, prospects and partners, and research market trends to inform planning and execution.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• First experience in marketing, events, B2B or a commercial environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Curious and confident in asking questions, gathering information and contributing ideas.
• Interest in B2B marketing, lead generation, CRM and the event industry.

Responsabilidades

• Sales collaboration: Work closely with Sales to align marketing activities with commercial priorities and share insights.
• IFA expertise: Build a strong understanding of IFA, its industries, exhibitors and target companies.
• Exhibitor campaigns: Support targeted campaigns to attract relevant companies and brands to IFA (Lead Generation).
• Content & assets: Help coordinate the creation of campaign content and creative assets with internal teams.
• Brand relationships: Support relationship building with exhibitors, prospects, partners and internal teams.
• Research: Research companies, industries and market trends to support campaign planning and execution.

We are looking for a Junior Commercial Marketing Manager (all genders) to support IFA Berlin’s exhibitor marketing and commercial growth activities.

You will help us identify, engage and convert the right companies for IFA, working closely with the Commercial Marketing team and Sales. The role combines campaign execution, content coordination, research and CRM-based lead generation with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.

You should enjoy connecting with people, asking questions, gathering insights and turning them into better campaigns and commercial opportunities.
