Responsibilities

• Shape and manage our YouTube channel: plan content, optimize growth using analytics, and make expert knowledge accessible in a visually engaging way.
• Full ownership of the HEALTHWISE podcast distribution (two weekly episodes): optimize presentation and drive growth through data-driven insights and research.
• Collaborate on marketing the podcast: prepare social media posts aligned with content, and explore effective placement and presentation.
• Support the Brand Team on various projects: create creative, brand-consistent content and contribute to research and hands-on support for PR, social media, and events.
• Actively contribute to building the Sunday-Community across channels, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand voice.

Qualifications

• Strong design and copywriting skills – you love language and find the right tone for every message
• Understanding of holistic health and ability to convey complex topics convincingly
• Experience in content creation & production / post-production with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing
• SEO awareness and ability to assess substantive quality of text
• Proactive, autonomous, with willingness to contribute ideas
• Team player who collaborates with our content, design, and expert teams
• Completed studies in marketing, communications, journalism, nutrition/eco-physiology or similar, or equivalent training with strong writing/media experience
• Minimum 1 year relevant professional experience in a similar field
• Initial experience in marketing, content creation and social media is a plus
• Fluent German (C1) and English in speaking and writing
