Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a junior accounting assistant to manage invoices, payments, VAT coding, and records within our accounting software.

You will support contracts and finance-related documentation while working remotely, collaborating with the finance team to improve processes and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of accounting or administrative experience.
• Basic but applied knowledge of accounting principles.
• Understanding of VAT principles (EU VAT preferred).
• English communication (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Excel and willingness to learn new tools.
• Familiarity with Exact Online or similar accounting software.
