Qualifikationen

• Bearbeitung der Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Debitoren, Kreditoren, Banktransaktionen und Kassenführung.

• Erstellung aussagekräftiger Berichte und Reports.
• Prüfung, Prüfungsauswertung und Verbuchung von Ausgangsrechnungen.
• Bearbeitung von Zahlläufen und Mahnwesen.
• Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlüssen.
• Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse.
• Kontenabstimmung und Offene-Posten-Verwaltung.

• Handle financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank transactions, and cash
• Prepare monthly closings and VAT advance returns
• Make financial figures easy to understand and create meaningful reports
• Prepare, review, and post outgoing invoices
• Handle payment transactions and dunning procedures
• Prepare and support the annual financial statements
• Optimize accounting processes
• Reconcile accounts and manage outstanding items

Requirements

• Commercial training or further education in accounting
