Zusammenfassung

countX GmbH is seeking a dedicated VAT Operations Associate to join our Berlin team. You will prepare, validate, and clean e-commerce data and lead VAT reporting across EU countries, including OSS and local VAT returns.

You will also support Intrastat filings and partner closely with internal teams and external partners. The role offers a flexible hybrid working model and the chance to grow into senior VAT or compliance positions within a fast-growing VAT-tech company.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in VAT reporting, EU VAT compliance, OSS reporting, or a related field.
• Very strong Excel skills with large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, and logical problem solving.
• Solid understanding of EU VAT processes, OSS procedures, and VAT filing requirements.
• Logical thinker with a structured and proactive approach to work.
• Confident communicator in English; additional EU languages are a plus.

Your mission

Your profile

What we are looking for:
