Zusammenfassung

JTL-Software's countX team in Berlin is seeking a VAT Operations Associate (f/m/d) to support our EU VAT reporting processes. You will prepare, validate and clean e-commerce data from platforms like Amazon and ERP systems, and ensure accurate OSS submissions and VAT filings.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive high-quality compliance deliverables and improve data-driven VAT operations across EU countries.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in VAT reporting, EU VAT compliance, OSS reporting, or a closely related field.
• Very strong Excel skills — you’re comfortable working with large data sets, formulas, pivot tables and logical problem solving.
• Solid understanding of EU VAT processes, OSS procedures, and VAT filing requirements.
• Logical thinker with a structured & proactive approach to work.
• Confident communicator in English (additional EU languages are a plus).
