Zusammenfassung

countX is seeking a VAT Operations professional to join our growing team in a hybrid role. You will prepare, validate, and clean e-commerce data, and manage VAT reporting across EU countries including OSS and Intrastat filings.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in VAT reporting and strong Excel skills, with a solid understanding of EU VAT processes and OSS procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in VAT reporting, EU VAT compliance, OSS reporting, or a closely related field.
• Very strong Excel skills with large data sets, formulas, pivot tables and problem solving.
• Solid understanding of EU VAT processes, OSS procedures, and VAT filing requirements.
• Logical thinker with a structured & proactive approach to work.
• Confident communicator in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
