Zusammenfassung

SNP Group in Heidelberg is seeking an ITSM/IAM Expert to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable ITSM and IAM operations within a 24/7 service framework, collaborating with security teams to meet compliance requirements.

You will manage the end-to-end ITSM lifecycle, maintain IAM systems and workflows, and advise business units while engaging with international teams. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in IT Service Management and/or Identity & Access Management.
• Experience in a 24/7 service operations environment and handling critical incidents.
• Ability to work in cross functional international teams.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties depending on operational model.
• Structured way of working and prioritizing tasks for technically complex situations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.

• Ensure reliable and efficient operation of ITSM and IAM meeting security standards in a 24/7 service structure.
• Manage the full ITSM process lifecycle – Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.
• Operate, maintain and enhance IAM systems, role models, authorization frameworks and automated workflows.
• Advise internal business units and act as interface between IT and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to innovative initiatives, documentation and optimized workflows and tools.
• Collaborate with CISO and security teams to ensure compliance and security standards.

• Responsible for ensuring a reliable and efficient operation of ITSM and IAM (Identify& Access Management) that meets all security standards in a stable 24/7 service structure


• You manage the full ITSM process lifecycle – including Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management

• Advise internal business units and act as interface between IT and business stakeholders
