Job summary

Enpal in Berlin is seeking an IT support specialist to join our hybrid team. You’ll handle end-to-end technical support for Windows and Apple devices, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and enterprise apps, ensuring SLA adherence.

You’ll diagnose issues, document tickets, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to our knowledge base while maintaining security and governance in a fast-paced, globally connected energy company.
