Enpal in Berlin-Friedrichshain is hiring an IT Support Specialist to own end-to-end technical support for a fast-growing energy tech company. You will diagnose hardware and software issues on Lenovo, Mac, iPhone, and Android devices, and manage tickets with Jira or Fresh Service.

You will work in a hybrid model, supporting Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Jamf, MS Defender, and security tooling, while enabling onboarding/offboarding, asset accuracy, and proactive improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.
• Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Jamf, MS Defender, and endpoint management.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and SLA-driven environments.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments (Windows + macOS).
• Clear communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience in scaling environments or high-growth companies is a plus.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Bash) is a plus.
• Experience with security tools or endpoint protection management is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO, GDPR awareness) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and resolve technical support requests end-to-end, with SLA adherence.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Lenovo laptops, MacBooks, iPhones, and Android devices.
• Document tickets in Jira Service Desk or Fresh Service with clear updates.
• Escalate incidents appropriately while tracking resolutions.
• Provide remote and on-site support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, MS Defender, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead device configuration and lifecycle management using Intune, Jamf, and Snipe-IT.
• Maintain asset accuracy and ensure IT security and governance compliance.
• Set up and maintain meeting rooms and VC systems (Teams) and AV infrastructure.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process or technical improvements.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base.

What you'll do:

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of hands‑on IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Jamf, MS Defender, and endpoint management.
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and experience working within SLA-driven environments.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments (Windows + macOS).
