Job summary

Enpal, Germany’s first green unicorn, seeks a Master’s student in Data Science/ML to develop and deploy lead scoring models, build segmentation systems, and implement continuous learning pipelines. You’ll work on real systems with high impact and have the option to convert to a full-time role after graduation or stay part-time during studies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• Previous internship or research experience in data science, analytics, or a similar technical role
• Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib/seaborn, etc.)
• Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and machine learning algorithms
• Proficient in data analysis, feature engineering, and SQL
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Plus: experience with production ML pipelines, econometrics, or A/B testing
