Job summary

Enpal, based in Berlin, seeks an experienced IT Support professional to own end-to-end incident resolution and SLA adherence in a hybrid environment. You will diagnose hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS devices, manage tickets in Jira/Fresh Service, and lead device configuration using Intune and Jamf while maintaining asset integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Jamf, and MS Defender.
• Proven ability to work in SLA-driven environments and support hybrid Windows/macOS.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve technical support requests end-to-end with SLA adherence.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software across Lenovo laptops, MacBooks, iPhones, and Android devices.
• Document, prioritize, and manage tickets in Jira Service Desk / Fresh Service.
• Escalate incidents when needed and track resolution progress.
• Provide remote and on-site support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Defender, and more.
• Lead device configuration and lifecycle management with Intune, Jamf, and Snipe-IT.
• Maintain asset records and ensure IT security and governance compliance.
• Set up and maintain meeting rooms and videoconferencing (Teams).
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and knowledge base development.

What you'll do:

• Own and resolve technical support requests end-to-end, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues across Lenovo laptops, MacBooks, iPhones, and Android devices.
• Manage, prioritize, and document tickets in Jira Service Desk/Fresh Service with clear communication and structured updates.
• Escalate incidents appropriately while maintaining accountability for resolution tracking.
• Provide both remote and on-site support across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, MS Defender, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead device configuration and lifecycle management using Intune, Jamf, and Snipe-IT.
• Maintain asset accuracy and ensure compliance with IT security and internal governance policies.
• Set up and maintain meeting rooms, VC systems (Teams), and related AV infrastructure.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth user transitions.
• Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend process or technical improvements.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base development.

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Jamf, MS Defender, and endpoint management.
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and experience working within SLA-driven environments.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments (Windows + macOS).
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience in scaling environments or high-growth companies, is a plus.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Bash), is a plus.
• Experience with security tools or endpoint protection management, is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO, GDPR awareness), is a plus.
