Sunday Natural is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk professional to support our Berlin offices and remote locations. You’ll manage on-site and remote incidents, follow established workflows, and improve IT processes while ensuring system availability and security across our internal networks.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration of macOS, Google Workspace, and password management within an Apple-centered environment. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years hands-on experience as System Admin or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Google Suite, Jira, Slack and password management.
• Customer-oriented with ITIL-like support methods and good communication.
• Ensure policy compliance and help users adhere to rules.
• Team player with hands-on technical mindset.
• This is an on-site Berlin position; remote work is not offered.

Your role

Your profile

• You have at least 4 years of hands‑on experience as System Admin or similar role
• You have good knowledge of macOS, Google Suite, Jira, Slack and password management
• You are customer oriented and able to provide support with ITIL like methodology with great communication skills
• You ensure that users are respecting all policies and are in compliance, or act to correct the issues by supporting them or apply compliance rules
• You have a solution‑oriented way of thinking, are working with a technical hands‑on mentality and are a teamplayer
• You are open to work fully from the Berlin office, we don't offer remote work
• You are fluent in English, German skills are a plus
• This is a full on‑site position
